Attorney Stefanie Krathen-Ginnis

Stefanie Krathen-Ginnis is a co-founding partner at Ginnis and Krathen, P.A. Stefanie attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where she graduated in 2000 with a major in English Literature. After college, Stefanie pursued her law degree at the University of Miami School of Law, and earned her J.D. in 2003.

Immediately after law school Stefanie began work at the Office of the State Attorney, Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, where she worked for seven years. At the State Attorney’s Office, Stefanie was a Felony Trial Supervisor. As a Supervisor, Stefanie was responsible for prosecuting DUI Manslaughter and Vehicular Homicide cases.

Stefanie’s extensive courtroom experience and knowledge regarding automobile crashes resulting in serious bodily injury and wrongful death is an immeasurable asset for Ginnis and Krathen, P.A. clients.

Stefanie practices exclusively in the field of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and motor vehicle accident litigation. Stefanie is married to Eric Ginnis, co-founding partner of Ginnis and Krathen, P.A. Together, the couple is raising their two children in the South Florida area.
