H Ross is a seasoned litigation attorney whose legal career has been marked by a steadfast commitment to advocacy, precision, and strategic excellence. Prior to joining Ginnis, Krathen, & Zelnick, P.A., he commenced his practice in the area of civil litigation, where he successfully defended a broad spectrum of complex legal matters, with a strong emphasis on personal injury defense. Through years of litigating cases in courtrooms across the State of Florida, H Ross has cultivated extensive trial experience.
H Ross’ early work on the defense side of personal injury claims has provided him with a unique and invaluable perspective. His comprehensive understanding of the methodologies and tactics employed by insurance companies enables him to anticipate defense strategies. As a result, he is exceptionally well-positioned to advocate on behalf of plaintiffs, who have sustained injuries due to the negligence or wrongful conduct of others.
H Ross earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the prestigious Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis in 2002. There, he completed a rigorous academic program with triple majors in Finance, Management, and Marketing—laying a strong analytical and strategic foundation for his future legal career. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in 2008. During his time in law school, he distinguished himself through service as a staff member for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law and through a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Mark Spieser of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Florida.
Since being admitted to The Florida Bar in 2008 and Texas Bar in 2024, H Ross has maintained an active legal practice with licensure to appear before all state courts in Florida and Texas, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. A native of Hollywood, Florida, he brings both local insight and national legal acumen to each case he handles.
In recognition of his litigation success, H Ross holds lifetime membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum—an elite group comprised of trial attorneys who have secured verdicts or settlements in excess of two million dollars.
