As a South Florida native, Eric attended the Pine Crest Preparatory School in Ft. Lauderdale. Eric then pursued his undergraduate studies at Washington and Lee University as a pre-med student, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1998. During his undergraduate studies, Eric authored his senior thesis on lesions of the hippocampus as related to short-term memory and published articles in the field of neurophysiology. Eric’s knowledge and understanding of medicine provides him with an enormous advantage in understanding the complexity of your case and the injuries involved.
Eric earned his Masters of Science in Management in 2001 from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida School of Law in 2002. As a law student, Eric gained valuable experience during his clerkship with the Honorable Judge Barry Stone of the Fourth District Court of Appeals and graduated from the University of Florida Law School with honors.
Following graduation from law school, Eric worked for three years as a trial attorney with the Office of the State Attorney, Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, in Broward County, Florida. Not only did Eric receive extensive and valuable courtroom training during his time there, but he also met his wife, Stefanie, co-founder of Ginnis, Krathen, & Zelnick, P.A. By and through his firm, Eric combines his medical background, extensive education, and valuable experience to provide outstanding and successful representation to you, the injured plaintiff.
