I reached out to Eric a while back. From the first call, he knew exactly what was going on, even though I sat on the fence. He is very intelligent. Eric has a medical background, so for a lot of the issues you express to him, there's a great possibility he will know about them. Some lawyers don’t know about medicine or have not studied it, unless they are highly skilled. His firm doesn’t do a lot of heavy advertisements. That’s not how I found his firm. I did a ton of research on a certain medical issue and attorneys who deal with it.
They all are friendly, and you won’t be passed off to a case manager. Any time I’ve called, I’ve spoken to an attorney or at least a paralegal. Some offices will pass you to a case manager or an intake rep. You won’t experience that with them.
Lissette went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. This group is awesome. They made a difficult situation pleasant and held my hand through the whole process.
Eric is different. They are all different. There is no perfect Doctor, no perfect law firm, no perfect client however Ginnis and Krathen, in my opinion, are perfection. The dream team. I wish I had more time with them. However, they are just a phone call away. Milly showed concern even before I was a client. She’d call to check on me. Everything works in Devine timing. I haven’t got to meet Eric in person yet because of the pandemic and he went above and beyond. I did meet everyone else. Milly is the type of paralegal that will challenge you to think bigger and to push past excuses and limitations. They were plenty of times she would say okay if you're going to have a moment call here and ask for me. I remember when I got upset about a procedure. Milly called me and talked sense into me. They are fun but serious.
