Prior to joining Ginnis, Krathen, & Zelnick, P.A., he spent the early part of his career defending a wide range of civil issues with a focus on personal injury litigation. As a result of his past work experience, he is intimately knowledgeable of the techniques and strategies used by insurance companies when defending personal injury claims. H Ross’ knowledge and understanding of how insurance companies evaluate a case, provides him with an enormous advantage representing individuals that have been injured due to the negligence of others.
H Ross earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Finance, Management and Marketing from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis in 2002. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, in 2008. While attending law school, he served as a staff member for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law and clerked for Judge Mark Spieser, Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, in Broward County, Florida. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2008. H Ross is admitted to practice before all Florida and Texas state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a native Floridian from Hollywood, Florida.
H Ross is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. This is an organization limited to attorneys who have obtained judgments or settlements more than $2,000,000.00. In January 2016, H. Ross was selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. This prestigious honor is reserved for fewer than 2.5% of all licensed Florida attorneys.
