The team at Ginnis, Krathen, & Zelnick is thrilled to learn that one of their very own, Eric Ginnis, has obtained a spot among the prestigious ranks of the “Lawyers of Distinction.” This distinction is given to just 10% of all attorneys across the United States and is meant to recognize attorneys who demonstrate the highest degrees of professional competence and peer recognition. Twice a year, this list of designated lawyers is published in The New York Times and USA Today.
More About Lawyers of Distinction
In order to be eligible as a Lawyer of Distinction, attorneys are carefully evaluated based on a number of factors, including:
- their verdicts and settlements
- honors and awards
- special licenses
- community service/pro bono work
Furthermore, candidates must either be nominated or selected directly by the Lawyers of Distinction organization. Upon review of an application and background check to ensure candidates meet all stringent standards, lawyers are awarded their certification of membership. Eric Ginnis was awarded this distinction after completing this extensive nomination and review process.
